DEAL TRACKING AND REPORTING FOR A MULTI-BRAND HUBSPOT PORTAL

CLIENT:

Climbing Steps is the umbrella company that encompasses three mobility equipment brands: Mobile Stairlift, Mobile Patient Lift, and Voltstair. All three brands are exclusively e-commerce.

  • Mobile Stairlift is a motorized portable stair chair device that allows patients with limited mobility to go up and down stairs with the help of a caregiver.
  • Mobile Patient Lift is a medical mobility device for bed bound patients. It’s used to transport patients from their bed around their home or care facility.
  • Voltstair is a brand that sells motorized stair climbing hand trucks.

THE CLIENT'S ASK:

Climbing Steps came to Mind & Metrics seeking a way to house three brands in one HubSpot CRM portal while keeping data organized and segmented by brand. Each brand has its own ecommerce store, and checkout is powered by Shopify.

We were challenged with finding a way to auto-segment customer data so each brand’s performance could be properly assessed, and sales communications could be accurately targeted. Additionally, we had to ensure that all three Shopify stores were properly integrated with HubSpot CRM.

SALES OUTREACH

  • Tasks are automatically created for Sales team members when a viable prospect enters the CRM
  • Increased the velocity of the sales pipeline & set Sales team up for success

DEAL PIPELINE TRACKING & REVENUE ATTRIBUTION

  • Utilized Shopify Ecommerce Pipeline in HubSpot Deals to evaluate & score leads
  • Built custom reports using deals data for each brand, so client can clearly see which brands are performing

 

SEGMENTED REPORTING

  • Created a custom HubSpot Contact Property called Store Interest and built workflows to set this property based on user action - page visits, form fills, purchases, etc. The Store Interest property can have more than one value for a contact, so a lead can be marked as being interested in more than one Climbing Steps store.
  • Used Store Interest property to segment reports, so our client can see which forms, campaigns, and webpages are performing. It’s also used to segment contacts to target marketing and sales communications.
